What these drops are
NO UTILITY distributes digital collectibles — artwork minted as NFTs. They are art. They are not investments, securities, or a claim on anything.
No promises
No financial return is promised or implied. No future utility, access, roadmap, airdrop, token or benefit is promised. The project name is not ironic — there is genuinely no utility attached to these mints, and none should be expected.
Free mints still involve network costs
A mint being free means NO UTILITY does not charge for the item. Depending on the chain and on OpenSea's behaviour at the time, you may still pay network fees. Those costs are between you and the chain, and NO UTILITY has no control over them.
Whitelist means eligibility, not supply
Being whitelisted grants permission to mint. Where a drop is distributed first-come on OpenSea, eligibility does not guarantee that supply will still be available when you arrive. Whitelist rules — including verification requirements, one wallet per account, and bot filtering — are set per drop and may change between drops.
Minting happens on OpenSea
This website does not execute mint transactions. All minting occurs on OpenSea, which is an independent third party operating under its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of OpenSea is governed by their agreements, not this one. Always confirm you are on the official OpenSea link shown on the relevant drop page.
Third-party infrastructure can fail
Blockchains, marketplaces, wallets, RPC providers and storage networks are operated by third parties and can be slow, congested, unavailable, or can fail permanently. NO UTILITY cannot guarantee the availability, persistence or future accessibility of any item, artwork or metadata that depends on infrastructure it does not control.
Artists and rights
Artists submitting work to NO UTILITY confirm that they created it or otherwise hold the rights required to submit and distribute it. Artists retain their own identity and rights in their work; NO UTILITY acts as a launch and discovery layer. Submitting work does not guarantee a drop.
Security
NO UTILITY will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or a token approval, and will never ask you to connect a wallet in order to mint. Anyone who does is not us.
