What we collect

Wallet addresses. Public addresses submitted through X replies and imported into the whitelist, along with the X username the reply came from and a link to the source post.

Artist submissions. The name, email, links and collection details you type into the submission form.

Basic request data. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting so the whitelist checker and submission form cannot be abused.

What we don't collect

We never ask for and never store seed phrases or private keys. We do not request wallet connections, signatures or token approvals. There are no user accounts, and we do not build behavioural profiles.

How it's used

Wallet addresses are used to determine whitelist eligibility for a specific drop and to remove duplicates and obvious automation. Artist submission details are used to review the work and contact you about a possible drop. That is all.

Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers. Checking an address on this site does not associate it with your identity, and we do not attempt to.

Third parties

Minting happens on OpenSea, which collects its own data under its own privacy policy. X is used for announcements and whitelist collection under theirs. Following a link from this site hands you to those parties.

Retention and removal

Whitelist entries are kept for the drop they belong to and its archive record. Artist submissions are kept while under review and for reference afterwards. To have your submission or whitelist entry removed, contact @noutility__ on X.
